When the client HR publishes the disbursement cycle and releases credits to employees, they will receive a credit allocation notification according to the night job schedule.
The email notification setup is explained in more detail on this page.
Example: Disbursement cycle with a start date = 30 Nov 2024
Email Notification setup - Schedule days prior = 0 day
Client HR published the contract on 29 Nov 2024
Employees will receive the email notification on 30 Nov 2024 at around 9 am.
Employees log in to their UPlay account. They click on the Profile icon and then on 'My Rewards' to view the credits they have received. My Rewards displayed the received credits and their details.
Reward Cycle SKU - this is from the B2B portal
Description - this is from the B2B portal
Validity Period - this is from the B2B portal
Credits Allocated - this is from the B2B portal
Credits Utilised - this amount will be updated when the Employee utilizes the allocated credit.
Credits Balance - this amount is the difference between Credits Allocated and Credits Utilized. It is changed as and when the allocated credits are being utilized (within the validity period)
Status - In-Progress or Utilized or Expired
Employee browses the UPlay Package website and adds packages(s) to the shopping cart.
On the Order Summary page, the following detail is displayed for employee's easy reference:
Reward credits available balance
Reward credits expiring amount at a specific date - this is helpful when an employee has a multiple reward cycle with different amounts and different expiry dates.
The amount shown here is the valid reward cycle (not yet expired) with the earliest expiry among the list of reward cycles for that employee.

The page shows the total available balance of the Rewards Credit: $200.
The page displays a $100 credit that expires on September 16, 2024, which is the earliest expiration date between the two reward cycles, DC AZTEST008-DC01.
