After finalizing the balloting event, only then will all emails be sent to the winners and non winners.

• Example: scenario:

  • Winner 1 - approved on 8 May (no email was sent because the 'Finalize Balloting Event' has not yet been performed)

  • Winner 2 - approved on 9 May, and the finalized balloting event was processed on the same day.

  • Therefore, all emails were sent to winners, non-winners, and the Summary Report on 9 May.
