👩‍💼Employee - My Benefits

When Client HR publishes the ballots in their B2B portal, employees can view them in the My Benefits section of their UPlay accounts page.

Employees log into their UPlay accounts. They click the Profile icon and then select 'My Benefits' to view the ballots. By default, 'My Benefits' displays all ballots with an 'In-Progress' status.

Employees can select the status to view the ballot accordingly:

  • Not Started >> Ballots that have not yet begun bidding

  • In Progress >> Ballots Ready for Bidding

  • Completed >> Ballots that are closed (those that ended for bidding along with all expired winning bids)

  • Won >> Won ballots, including expired winning ballots

My Benefits Page - In Progress

Each ballot displayed its own information:

a. Ballot Name

b. Ballot Details

b. Package >> only applicable if the Reward Service type is Package

e. Event date/time >> only applicable if the Reward Service type is Package (with Sessions)

f. Ballot Period

g. Allow Daily Bids >> Yes means a participant can bid daily, No means a participant can bid only once per ballot

h. 'View Details' link >> only applicable if the Reward Service type is Package, click the link to view package details

i. Status > Ballot status (Not started, In-Progress, Completed, Won)

j. Your Bid's Status >> There are multiple statuses, such as:

  • The 'Your Bid's Status' line is not visible on that ballot with In-Progress status (refer to example in the image below: Ballot AGRO-005-T1 Recurring - Main) >> participant can bid immediately. A bid button is available.

  • 'Bidding starts on dd MMM yyyy' >> Cannot bid until dd MMM yyyy (eg. 19 March 2025)—no Bid button.

  • 'You cannot bid because you already have the max number of wins allowed: 2' >> Cannot bid because the participant has already won 2 bids under the same contract. This restriction is established at the contract level (Number of wins allowed per employee*); refer here for more details—no Bid button.

  • 'You cannot bid as you have a recent win' >> This is also related to the restriction set up at the contract level.

  • 'Thank you for your participation. Please try again in the next bid' >> Submitted a bid but didn't win.

  • 'Event is closed for bidding' >> Ballot has ended.

  • 'Your winning bid expired on dd MMM yyyy' >> The winner did not claim the prize before the expiration date. (example: Your winning bid expired on 22 Nov 2024)

  • 'Already bid. Winner(s) drawn on dd MMM yyyy.' >> Successfully placed bid. The bid button will no longer be visible. (Example: Already bid. Winner(s) drawn on 10 Mar 2025)

  • 'You have claimed your prize.' The winner has claimed the prize. The invoice button is available for the winner to click on to view the invoice details.

  • 'You can bid on dd MMM yyyy' >> This is related to 'Days customer restricted from bidding after a win' field in the ballot contract edit; refer here for more details—no Bid button. A winner cannot bid another ballot within the same contract until after the 'days restriction' is lifted or ended. (Example: 'You can bid on 17 Nov 2024' )

  • 'You have a winning bid. Claim it before dd MMM yyyy'

  • 'Already bid today. No further bids possible'

  • 'Already bid today. You can try again tomorrow'
