🟡Win Expiry Date Calculation

Win Expiry Date >> indicates that the prize will expire after the displayed date. This date is implemented according to the following rules:

  1. If "Days Allowed for Winner to Accept" field is not set for the Ballot Event (by the Client HR in B2B portal), then the system sets the Win claim days = days to contract expiry, or in other words the employee can claim their win up to the date of the contract expiry date.

  2. If "Days Allowed for Winner to Accept" > Days to Contract expiry date, the system sets the Win claim days = Days to Contract expiry.

  3. For all other cases that are part of the auto draw of winners, the system sets the Win claim days = Days Allowed For Winner To Accept

  4. Winner manual approval flow - Win expiry date is based on the date the HR approves a winner.
