3. Reward Service Type

Role: Admin

  1. Locate the newly created ballot contract (draft), click on the contract ID link to go to the balloting contract detail page.

    • Note: If Admin published the ballot contract without updating the Reward Service Type, they can always return to the balloting detail page to make updates. The reward service types will be immediately available for that contract in the B2B portal. Client HR can refresh their browser to view the updates.

  1. Prerequisite - to add the package or promo code in the Reward Service Type tab:

    1. The package for the ballot must be created beforehand. Ref package

    2. The promo code for the ballot must be created beforehand. Ref promocode
