Customer UPlay login

UPlay does not have a membership program. Customers can browse UPlay website contents without logging in.

  1. Customers must login to their account to view specific packages, entitled discounts and/or proceed to checkout.

  2. Login verification is done via LinkPass and UCEM/Athena.

LinkPass signup or login

  1. Go to UPlay website.

  2. Click User icon at top-right corner and be directed to LinkPass login page.

  1. At LinkPass login page, customers have multiple login options, and select an appropriate option according to their preference. The most common option would be using either email or mobile number.

If customer is a new user - Once they input email, they will be prompted to select a password and an account will be created at LinkPass, as well as an user account in Avalon.

If customer has existing union membership, they should use the same email address to register at LinkPass, so that all relevant union membership can be extracted from LinkPass API and UCEM API.

If customer is an existing user – Once they input email and password, they will be redirected back to UPlay website or respective landing page.

Should customers with existing LinkPass account encountered login issues, they should contact LinkPass customer service hotline at 6380-5858 or submit a request herearrow-up-right.


Devices supported

UPlay website is accessible and supported on desktop, tablet or mobile devices via web browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari.
