This articles depict how UPlay customers can browse UPlay website, view and select packages and adding items to cart and what to look out for.
Browse packages
Customers can view packages by: (a) Clicking on All categories or specific category to view packages. (b) Searching for specific package using Search bar.

At Package details page, customers can view the package contents and relevant price tiers. A package can be an open date event, single date event or with multiple sessions.

Depending on customer's login and membership, price tier that is applicable to them will become highlighted. Only 1 price tier is highlighted at any time.
Guests
Customers who are general public and not affiliated with any unions
Friends of UPlay
Customers who are NTUC Link members (eg: Black card)
NTUC Member
Customers who are members of NTUC union (eg: NTUC Silver card)
Add packages/sessions to cart
Customers can browse and add as many package or event or session to their cart. Once ready, they can proceed to checkout for payment.

Providing contact details for each selected package/session
Some times the purchaser might not be the main participants or part of travelling pack, thus at checkout page, UPlay requires contact details of actual participants to be provided so that in the event of changes or cancellations, participants can be contacted promptly. Contact details are displayed in invoices as well.

If customers wish to continue shopping and add more items to cart, they can return to All experiences page.
