UPlay customers can make payment after adding their desired items into the cart. Currently 2 available payment methods are enabled - Credit card and PayNow.
All online payments go through Adyen payment gateway.
Credit card is configured as the default payment method.
At Payment page, at the right column, 2 payment methods are available (see red boxes)
Input credit card details and click Pay button.
Follow on-screen instructions to complete payment.
Select PayNow radio option, and click Continue to PayNow.
QR code is generated. Open your mobile banking app and aim camera at QR code.
Follow online instructions in your mobile banking app to complete payment.
After successful payment, customers will be redirected to payment success page.
(a) Via on-screen. Invoice number is auto-generated and details displayed as follow.
Invoices are generated for purchases with monetary and non-monetary values.
(b) Via email. Customers will receive 2 emails at their provided email addresses.
Consolidated email - Contains summary of all purchased items.
Confirmation email - Contains individual session details, entry tickets with QR codes and add-on items etc.
Consolidated and confirmation email are sent according to per package (ASD-50943/S5FX)
If customer purchased tickets from package A (cable car) and package B (baking), customer will receive emails as follow:
(a) 1 consolidated email - Summary info from package A and package B
(b) 1 confirmation email - Tickets for package A (cable car)
(c) 1 confirmation email - Tickets for package B (baking)
