Edit base promo code

Important

1. Editing a promo code that is already in-use can cause issues.

2. Once promo code has already been redeemed, deleting is not permitted.

1. Go to UPlay contents > Promo code.

2. Input a keyword into Keywords textbox and click Search button.

3. At results area, click tools icon to edit contents.

4. At Promo code edit screen, update values accordingly.

1. Click Save to proceed with changes or Cancel to exit without saving.

Disable promo code

Disabling a promo code will place it not usable/redeemable.

1. Go to UPlay contents > Promo code.

2. Input a keyword into Keywords textbox and click Search button.

3. At results area, click tools icon to view contents.

4. At Promo code edit screen, remove the check for 'Is active'.

1. Click Save to proceed with changes or Cancel to exit without saving.

Delete promo code

Important

Delete option is only available for users with higher privileges (admin). Once deleted, promo code cannot be retrieved.

1. Go to UPlay contents > Promo code.

2. Input a keyword into Keywords textbox and click Search button.

3. At results area, click tools icon to delete.

1. At message prompt window, click OK to confirm deletion.
