Change the Winner After Finalize Balloting Event

A. Winners are approved, and the balloting event has been finalized.

B. HR Change Winner

1. Change one of the winners.

1. Changes have been saved successfully.

   • Note: Changes can be made either on the same day as the bid win date or at a later date.

C. Avalon - after changing a winner (above) after finalize balloting event

• The new winner is updated with the bid won date and the win expiry date.

• If the changes are processed at a later date:

  • Example:

    • Current Winner - bid won date: 8 May and win expiry date: 13 May

    • Change of winner performed on 10 May; therefore, New Winner - bid won date: 10 May and win expiry date: 15 May

D. Emails are sent to the new winner and to the non winner, respectively (refer to the Notes tabs above).
