💿Clone Ballot

Client HR - Clone a Ballot

1. Users can only clone ballots that are in "In Progress" or "Completed" status.

2. To clone an existing ballot, click the 'View/Edit Details' button to open the ballot details page.

   • The clone button is at the bottom of the page.

1. Click the Clone button to proceed and click OK to continue.

1. The Edit Balloting Event page is displayed, allowing the user to edit details as required, including the Ballot Name.

1. Click the Next button to proceed.

2. If the dates are outdated or invalid, update the dates and then click the Next button again.

1. Click the save draft or publish button to continue.

1. Successfully cloned a ballot. The rest of the process (e.g., bidding, drawing, etc.) is the same as a normal ballot or a recurring ballot.
