Add Avalon form widget to Sitefinity page ^

Used for creating stand-alone form pages not necessarily associated with a package.

Log into Sitefinity backend and navigate to Pages tab.

• Click on the ‘Create a page’ button

• Select a name and choose if you would show the page in the top navigation

• Select one of the Custom templates

• On the right-hand side from the Content sidebar, click on the Avalon MVC

• Drag the “Avalon form” widget and drop it into the Main content section of a page.

• On the Avalon form widget click on the Edit button and in the FormId field, enter the id of the form that you want to be displayed on that page. Save

• Publish the page

The page can be further styled as desired. A link to the Form page can be send to users via email for instance.
