Forms can be activated at various times based on business requirements. You have the flexibility to link one or multiple forms to a single package. The timing of when a form is triggered and auto-sent is dependent on the selection made in "Notification Trigger" field.
On Package Forms editing screen, you can specify notification trigger for each form. Forms are sent in the form of emails with embedded form URL, where customers can click and be redirected to the specific online form.
