View form listing

You can search and view existing list of forms before creating new ones.

Search for a form

1. Go to UPlay content > Forms.

2. Input a keyword into Keywords textbox and click Search button.

1. At results section, you can further filter the results by utilizing funnel icon at each column.

1. Click ID to view form contents.

1. Click on various tabs to view submissions and section fields.

Tab	Description
Submissions	All submitted responses for this form are stored in this tab. Click on Export to Excel button to export all responses.
Sections	You can design/customize the layout of a form in this tab. To learn more, see customize a form.
Vouchers	Not in use

1. Click Browser Back button to return to results table.
