Multiple forms can be associated with a package. Each form linked to a package can have different notification triggers, allowing UPlay team to specify when and how customers should complete each form.
To link a form to a package, edit a package by clicking on the package id link.
a. On the right-hand side, locate the Forms tab.
- Click New
Form selection popup appears, where the UPlay user can select the Form ID, notification trigger and notification email as explained in the section below.
Once a form is selected and successfully linked to a package, UPlay team can click on preview link from the package forms screen, which will launch the form in package context.
Note that the Package title appears below the Form title:
When a form with Pre-purchase notification trigger is setup for a package, that will require the customer to fill in extra details for each participant on the Checkout page. Customer would see the Extra Info required label with an asterisk next to the label *, indicating there are extra details needed by the customer.
If the customer attempts to submit a purchase without filling in the extra info required they will be presented with an error upon clicking the Submit button.
To complete any extra details needed, the customer needs to click on the Fill/Change Participant Data.
This will open a modal window with participant details, and a button 'Fill required info'

Please note that form confirmation email will be sent until a successful financial transaction is completed.
