Form submissions & responses

Submitted responses are collected and stored in Avalon, and can be viewed via different methods.

Method 1 - View via form

All form submissions (except for pre-purchase forms linked to packages) are displayed under the Forms Submission tab.

1. Go to UPlay content > Forms

2. Input a keyword into Keywords textbox and click Search button.

3. Click ID link to view form contents.

4. Click Submission tab.

5. Click Export to excel to export/download all submitted resonses.

1. Files uploaded can be located under Submissions tab. Click on the link next to upload file to download the file.

Method 2 - View via package

All forms associated with a package and its submitted responses can be located under Package > Forms tab.

1. Click Package ID to view package contents.

2. Click Package > Forms > Submissions to view submissions in the context of the specific event.

Method 3 - View via individual user

Form submissions by each user can be viewed at their Avalong user profile.

1. Go to UPlay content > Users.

2. Search for user with either email or user ID or any known keyword.

3. Click Forms tab to view all submitted responses.
