Preview form

Always preview a form before publishing it online. There are 2 methods to preview a form.

Method 1 - View via form listing

1. Go to UPlay content > Forms.

2. Input keyword into Keyword textbox and click Search button.

3. At Results section, click Form URL and form will open in a browser.

Method 2 - View via form contents

1. Go to UPlay content > Forms

2. Input keyword into Keyword textbox and click Search button.

3. At Results section, click ID to view form contents.

4. At form details screen, click View URL to view the form.

1. You might notice that at preview, the forms might appear differently. Reason is whether you have logged into UPlay or not. Eg: Personal details section are populated by default and cannot be edited or removed.

1. Close the browser to exit form preview.
