Avalon account & settings
Request for user account
Each Avalon user account is tied to 1 user, no generic user account is permitted.
Request for user access is applicable to employees who require access to either Avalon or Avalon B2B portal (refer to avalon account type).
Request must be submitted via Avion Service Desk, either by user manager or attaching an approval from user manager. Following details are required: (a) First name (b) Last name (c) Email (d) User access (eg: admin, read-only etc) (e) System/Application (eg: Avalon or Avalon B2B portal) (f) Avalon environment (eg: UAT, UAT-FX, UAT-UI, PROD etc)
Avion technical team will setup your user account accordingly. When the user account has been created, Avalon will auto-send an email including login name, default credentials to the registered email address.

Default type for general public, customers who sign-up via LinkPass or subscribed to UPlay newsletter.
Auto
Staff
For club employees who require Avalon access.
Upon request
MerchantStaff
For merchants/partners employees who require Avalon B2B portal access.

Account login
Upon receiving the user account email, you can proceed to login to Avalon with the default login credentials. UPlay-Avalon URL: https://avalon.uplay.com.sg
For best performance, you should always use the latest Avalon version or build.
Avalon site
If your role is a site admin, you will be able to switch between Avalon sites.
Go to Avalon top right corner.
Click on Profile title > Change site.
At Switch site screen, click on Available sites dropdown list to select your preferred site.
Click Change to proceed with changes or Cancel to exit without saving. You will be redirected to the selected site, left-side menu might differ.
Change your password
For security reasons, you should change the default password upon first login. You should also change your password on regular basis.
Go to Avalon top right corner.
Click on Profile title > Change password.
Follow the instructions/rules to change password.
Click Save to proceed with the changes or Cancel to exit without saving.
Reset your password
You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. Click Reset your password link at the main Avalon login screen and follow the instructions to reset.
Account logout
It is good practice to logout or exit from Avalon to end each login session, such action will help to prevent data breaches, unauthorized access attempts and maintaining a high level of privacy.
