The Profit Margin report is designed to give an insight into the profitability of sold packages. The report includes several important pieces of information:
Package ID: This is the unique identifier for each package.
Pricing: This indicates the selling price of each package.
Profit: This is the actual profit made on each package after costs are accounted for.
Profit Margins: This shows the profit as a percentage of the selling price, allowing for an easy comparison of profitability across different packages.
This report is essential for reviewing financial performance and making informed decisions based on profitability.
To extract a Profit Margin Report, perform the following:
Select 'Profit Margin Report (263-admin)' as shown in Image A.
Set 'Start Date' and 'End Date'.
Click the 'Execute' button (located to the right of the 'Results' folder).
A report will appear listing the transactions for review, as depicted in Image B.
To save the report:
Click the "Export" button to download the report to your downloads folder.
