Club staff benefits (WWW)
NTUC Club employees are entitled to annual employees benefits such as complimentary and staff discounted rates at Wild Wild Wet (WWW). Employees can either redeem their complimentary tickets or purchase tickets from UPlay website, excluding cabana.
Implemented configuration is according to change request ASD-50537 and only applicable to WWW.
Avalon configuration
Following configurations are completed and deployed to UPlay production, please do not amend unnecessarily.

WWW staff benefits (a) 24x Staff complimentary tickets (applicable on off-peak days). (b) 24x Staff rates tickets (applicable on off-peak & peak days). When all 48 tickets have been fully utilized, Club employees will be subjected to public rates.
Important
WWW staff benefits are to be added in Avalon annually before 31 December, 2350 hours SGT. Otherwise, WWW staff benefits will not be auto-assigned to Club employees in the new year.
Assign staff benefits to new Club employees
Create Avalon user account for new employee.
Assign membership = NTUCCLUB.
New employee to create LinkPass account with work email.
How to redeem and/or purchase tickets via UPlay
Club employees are no longer required to queue up at WWW counter on visit day to exchange for physical tickets, they can simply log into their UPlay user profile to redeem complimentary tickets (only available on off-peak days) and purchase tickets.

Option 1 - Redeem complimentary ticket for oneself
Club employees can redeem complimentary tickets for themselves at WWW turnstile and not necessarily to book in advance as seen in step 1.
Login to UPlay > Click Profile icon > Select My Passes
At My Passes page, Club employee can view info as follow.
Open this page upon arrival at WWW turnstile.
Present Club employee pass to WWW entrance staff for verification, and scan the QR code at WWW turnstile. (a) If QR code scan is successful, the transaction will be recorded with 1 quantity is deducted from the staff complimentary ticket benefits and 1 invoice ($0) will be issued. (b) If QR code scan is not successful, no quantity deduction will occur.
Club employees can view past transactions in My Orders.
Complimentary tickets are marked as $0 but an invoiceID will still be issued
Option 2 - Redeem complimentary or purchase tickets for family & friends
Login to UPlay and view WWW package (https://www.uplay.com.sg/allexperiences/detail/1806)
Select visit date from calendar to redeem in advance.
Select timeslot (only available timeslot is selectable)
Select type ticket (Adult, Child or Senior)
Select available options (Complimentary, Staff rate or Public rate)
After making a selection, click Add to Cart. Repeat step 4 to add more tickets.
Proceed to checkout page. Upon successful payment, quantity deduction will occur. NTUC Club employees will receive confirmation email, including tickets as email attachment.
On visit day, employees can open the email attachment and scan QR codes directly at WWW turnstile to gain entry.
