Account & Licensing

Audience

Who
Description

Merchant

Merchants who have business partnerships or collaborations with NTUC Club/UPlay as part of a marketing program. Eg: Retail outlets within Downtown East.

Corporate client

Corporate clients of NTUC Club/UPlay.

Club employee

Club account manager to help manage corporate clients' account, to view ticket redemption or event check-in etc.

Licensing

Similar to Avalon user account, merchantstaff account requires licensing in order to access B2B portal.

Licensing comes in a pack of 35 accounts, which means all 35 accounts can be logged in at any one time. 36th user will have to wait for their turn. MerchantStaff accounts can be created for 2 employees in ogranization A, 5 employees in organization B etc.

Each merchantStaff account is to be created with an individual email address, not a generic email.

How to apply for a merchant account

Submit a request to respective NTUC Club/UPlay account manager with following info: (a) First name (b) Last name (c) Email (d) Organization name (e) Required quantity of merchantStaff account
