Partner onboarding
Partner onboarding is a process for UPlay's partners/clients to import their employees' details into Avalon so that when these employees login to UPlay, they can be recognized as specific consumer segment and enjoy relevant price tier benefits.
This process is applicable to employees of UPlay partners only.
If UPlay partners have membership program, such members' details are not permitted to be uploaded into Avalon.
There are 3 methods to onboard partners employees into Avalon. (A) Form registration > Bulk upload (B) Bulk Upload (C) Login via email domain

Configure welcome email
Each uploaded partner employee will receive a welcome email. Welcome email template can be customized accordingly.
Function implemented for ASD-52211/S5FX
Go to UPlay contents > Partners/Unions/Associations.
Search or create a record by clicking +New.
At Edit screen, input welcome message at field Welcome email-Content.
At field Welcome email-CC, add in cc recipient(s). Separate multiple recipients with a comma.
Click Save to proceed with changes or Cancel to exit without saving.
