Link organization to an entity

To grant merchant staff access to the Merchant Members Dashboard, the organization must be linked to an NTUC Union entity.

UPlay team can establish this linkage during the creation of a new organization or by editing an existing one. Clicking on Linked Entity search expands a modal window displaying all NTUC Union records for selection.

If the NTUC Union entity has associated staff members uploaded, they will appear under the Organization's Staff tab.

Once an organization is linked to an active NTUC Union entity, merchant staff users can log in to the B2B portal and access the Merchant Members Dashboard.

From the Merchant Members board, merchant staff can add new staff members, edit existing ones, or export the member list.

When an organization is linked to an NTUC Union entity, the NTUC team can introduce special Staff Benefits.
