Fixed Date - trigger on datetime. See Image A to create a new setup.
Each created reminder should apply to all applicable timeslots / datetime unless the target session is set. Image B is a PackageComms Edit screen, and it shows that the schedule type = Fixed date and target session is set.
To set a target session, at the 'Target Session' field, click on the search button, select the session, and click OK.

Prior Days - trigger X days before every timeslot or event start date. See Image A to create a new setup.
Image D is a PackageComms Edit screen, and it shows that the schedule type = Days prior, schedule days priors (number of days), and target session is set.

Open Date/Event Date (No Timeslots). See Image A to create a new setup.
The package is set to 'Open Date' in the package edit screen. One email should be triggered per the settled invoice in that package.
Image F is a PackageComms Edit screen, and it shows that the schedule type = Fixed date, the schedule date is set, and the target session is left blank (no session in the package)

Image H is a PackageComms Edit screen, and it shows that the schedule type = Days prior, the schedule date is set, and the target session is left blank (no session in the package). For this example and guide, the selected package has an event date start time of 8 March 2024.
