Edit Session (Avalaible Tickets)

(Sprint 4)

To edit the Available tickets for selected sessions, follow the steps and examples below.

1. Image A - Create a package with multi-sessions; each session is updated with the same quantity of Total tickets and Available tickets.

2. Images B & C - Click on the checkbox against a session, then click on the tools icon and select Bulk Edit. Increase the available tickets quantity for one of the sessions to 12 (from 10) - in this example: session 26 Feb @ 9.00 am.

3. Image D - The total tickets quantity increased by the same amount when the available quantity increased by 2; the Total tickets quantity becomes 12.

4. Image E - Proceed to the package on the website and purchase four tickets from 26 Feb @ 9.00 am session (the current total number of tickets is 12 as updated in step 2).

5. Image F - Available tickets quantity for that session has decreased to eight (8).

6. Image G - In Avalon, edit the session that was purchased in step 4. Edit available tickets from 8 to 2; the total ticket becomes 6.

   • Only Available tickets quantity can be edited (Image C - this is when click Bulk Edit)

   • The total new quantity cannot be lower than the purchased quantity

     • Image H - Select a session and perform Bulk Edit. In this example, Available tickets = 2, Purchased tickets = 4, and Total tickets = 6.

     • Image I - Adjust the available tickets from 2 to zero (0), which represents the lowest limit that can be edited by the admin. This will ensure that the new total ticket count does not fall below the number of purchased tickets. In other words, the admin cannot reduce the available tickets quantity below zero.

     • Image J - The new total tickets equals the purchased tickets.
