Holiday Dates as Peak hours/days

1) Create one new timeslot for recurrences and sessions (for this guide: Saturday @ 10.00 am) - see Image A & B

2) At the Sessions tab, select a date that has 'Notes' info = Holiday - see Image C.

3) Update rates for this date (in this example, 13 Apr - Saturday). This selected date actually has one timeslot, which is 10.00 am.

• Note: If there are two timeslots (e.g. 9:00 am and 5:00 pm) and both are considered peak hours, then proceed to update the rates using the peak-hour price.

4) If tickets for all age categories (e.g., Teenagers and Young Adults) tickets are offered on holiday dates, then the rates for these categories must be updated accordingly - see Image D.

• Note: If there are two timeslots (e.g. 9:00 am and 5:00 pm) and both are considered peak hours, then proceed to update the rates using the peak-hour price for both age categories.

5) Visit the UPlay website package and check the calendar for 13 Apr 2024. For this date, the calendar displays peak-hour rates by selecting the timeslots according to the setup in the Sessions (holiday) - Rates tab. See Image E.
