Setting up flexible email communication, which encompasses customizable timing, frequency, and content to inform customers about package information, can be easily accomplished through the Email Comms Tab. This functionality includes:

Customizable Timing and Frequency:

• Customize email sending based on event proximity (a specific number of days prior to an event), a fixed date, or triggered by specific actions (e.g., package open date).

• Set up auto reminders at preferred intervals for timely communication.

Tailored Email Content:

• Create unique reminder messages for each package. Each created reminder should apply to all applicable timeslots / datetime unless the target session is set.

• Provide the option to add the carbon copy (CC) and blind carbon copy (BCC) recipient's emails, package details, or offers.
