Note about Display start date field

Two new calculated properties—Available From and Available To—which cannot be edited by users. These properties will determine the timeframe during which a package is displayed on the package list page.

The criteria that determines the values of these properties are as follows:

(a) Available from property:

  1. If a package has a 'Display start date' defined, Available From property will be based on this setting.

  2. If a package does NOT have a 'Display start date' defined, but 'Event date time' is set, then Event date time will be used to determine the Available From property.

  3. If for some reason a package does NOT have either 'Display start date' or 'Event Date time' defined, then current SGT time will be used to determine the Available From property

(b) Available To Property:

  1. If a package has 'Display end date' defined then, the Available To property will be determined by the value set for Display end date.

  2. If a package does NOT have a 'Display end date' defined, then the Available To property will be determined based on the Event end date time.

  3. If a package does NOT have a 'Display end date' and 'Event end date time' defined, then the Available to property will be calculated based on the Event date time.

  4. If for some reason non of the properties Display end date, Event end date, Event date time are not setup for a package, Available To value will be calculated based on current SGT time.

circle-info

Note Available From and Available To are relevant to the display of a package inside a package list/catalogue/union package list only.
