Create banner

You can choose to either create new banner from scratch or clone from an existing banner.

Option 1 - Create new banner

1. Go to UPlay content > Banners.

2. Click tools icon at right-side and click +New. A new window will pop up.

3. At Banners Edit screen, input values into respective fields.

Field Name	Description
Status *	Whether the banner should be published and made available for general viewing.
Banner type	2 options - home or union.
Title *	Name of the banner/page and will be displayed across the image.
Sub title
Short description	You can provide a summarized write-up of the webpage and be displayed on the banner image
Banner image	Image that are displayed in desktop and tablet mode.
Banner mobile image	Image that are displayed in mobile mode, smaller image dimension.
Sequence	Display sequence when multiple banner images exist.
CTA text
Redirect URL	Makes the banner image clickable and redirects customers to another webpage, only 1 webpage URL permitted. Webpage URL such as eg: https://www.aaa.com/welcome
Info box visible
Package	Search and link banner to an existing package. If a package is linked with a banner, the CTA button on the banner (if displayed) will redirect the users to the linked package.

1. At Banner image fields, click Select file to upload images and you can transform your images with crop and resize actions after uploading images.

Click respective buttons to edit an image

To display images exactly as you want them to, you need to follow the recommended image aspect ration and image file size and type. Always upload the best quality images you can provide.

1. Click Save to proceed with changes or Cancel to exit without saving.

2. Once saved, the form will appear in the forms listing.

Option 2 - Clone from existing banner

You can choose to clone from an existing banner if you are unsure how to.

1. Go to UPlay contents > Banner.

2. Input a keyword into Keywords textbox and click Search button

3. At results section, click Tools icon against the preferred form to clone from to expand hidden options.

4. Click Clone button, the edit screen will popup.

1. At Banners Edit screen, the field values on display are as per the selected form you wish to clone from. You can edit field values accordingly.

1. Click Save to proceed with changes or Cancel to exit without saving.

2. Once cloned successfully, below message will appear.

1. The cloned banner will appear in the banner listing.
