Create organisation

This is first step to create base record for an organisation.

1. Go to UPlay content > Organisations.

2. Click Tools icon at right-side and click +New. A new window will pop up.

Field Name	Description	Field Type
Type *	2 options - Corporate or Non-Profit.	Dropdown
Acronym	Abbreviation of the organisation's name	Textbox
Name *	Official title of the organisation, displayed in B2B Portal dashboard such as redeemed tickets, vouchers, members etc, and in Avalon when linking to packages, vouchers and/or entities.	Textbox
Status *	2 options - Active or Inactive. Only active merchants can view and access redeemed tickets and vouchers.	Dropdown
Linked Entity	Landing page of the organisation.	Search

1. Proceed to populate the fields accordingly.

2. Click Save to proceed with changes or Cancel to exit without saving.

1. Once saved, organisation will be displayed as follow. 4 section tabs are added by default (Staff, Address, MerchantStaff and Staff benefits)

1. To learn more on the various tabs, proceed to edit organisation.
