Package Pricing Tiers

UPlay staff members would then have the option to set different prices for different types(segments) of customers. Setting up package prices is done in the Price Tiers tab, located in the Package details screen. There the user needs to click on the Tools icon, located on top of the pricing results table and to select the “New” option:

There are three customer segments defined:

- Public – new customer on the site that has just signed in and does not have any previous orders

- Friends of UPlay – an existing Link pass user that has at least one previous order

- NTUC (Silver) Member – those customers have a Silver NTUC membership

User is then presented with a screen where they can choose different prices for different segments, for example:

All prices for the different customer types are displayed in the Prices results table:

As with any of the Avalon UPlay content screens, those prices can be edited, cloned, deleted or the list exported to a file.

Closing the package details window will display the Packages results table and the new Package will appear in the results table.

In the Front End, all prices setup per package are displayed on the package details page, with the price that applies for the customer highlighted, as shown below:
