Winner Notification Email

Email is sent to the winner the day after the winner is selected/approved, regardless of whether the win was automatic or approved by HR.
Example:
10 Mac / 23:59hrs (Auto-win)
11 Mac (morning)
12 Mac (morning) >> TBC the correct date shld be 11 Mac (Morning) based on latest testing BAL-AGRO-013-T01 Package-Open Date and also ASD 53387 info
10 Mac / 23:59hrs (HR approved on 13 Mac)
13 Mac (as long as approved winner before 23:59hrs)
14 Mac (morning) >> TBC the correct date shld be 13 Mac (at least an hour after HR approves) based on latest info from ASD 53387
10 Mac / 23:59hrs (HR changed winner on 15 Mac)
15 Mac (as long as changed winner done before 23:59hrs)
16 Mac (morning) >> TBC the correct date shld be 15 Mac (at least an hour after HR approves) based on latest info from ASD 53387
This is after HR approved all winners.
This is after HR clicked the finalize balloting event button to initiate sending email notifications to winners, non-winners, and the summary report.
Non-Winner Email
The setup and schedule are the same process as the Winner Notification email (above).
Example : Ballot winners - require HR approval
Example email for BAL-AGRO-001-T02 Package-Open Date - approved on 12 Mar, email winner & non winner on 13 march
Summary Report of Ballot Winners and Participants
Example email for AGRO-005-T1 Recurring #3 - contract setup: It does not require HR approval and does not need to email a non-winner.
ballot draw date/auto-approved on 17 Mar, summary report and winner email are on 18 Mar
No non-winner email
In Avalon, the Notes tab for that ballot indicates that the winner list notification has been sent.
